Subject # 006701 (aka) Shadow

Subject was spotted at Black Mesa Laboratories Inc. (BML) on the day the facility exploded. Subject is reported to be the leader of the covert operations group known as Order Thru Chaos (OTC). It is suspected the subject planned the destruction of BML and recruited members of OTC for this purpose.

"As my team was pulling out, I witnessed him single-handedly take out three full squads of our black ops team in under a minute. His reflexes are amazing and his ability to vanish without a trace can only be described as inhuman. Before I could understand what I just saw he was gone."

In the last four years nothing but rumors to the point of myths exist at this time. Subject supposedly maintains the OTC code name “Shadow” given his ability for stealth-like movements and his ability to avoid capture. We currently have four teams tracking him to give us more information on this subject. Suspect’s whereabouts are currently unknown… BML maintains that Subject 006701 is to be taken alive for research.
